This is complemented by a deep global network that will give ImpactA Global unrivalled access to an attractive pipeline of sustainable infrastructure transactions.
The firm has established a strategic partnership with Legal & General Capital (LGC). This is to support the growth of ImpactA Global through a significant minority stake, as well as investing in its strategy to deploy capital into sustainable infrastructure projects in Emerging Markets.

covering investment banking, asset management and development finance. Previously a Senior Banker at J.P. Morgan, he also worked at the Millennium Challenge Corporation and the African Development Bank.

Hannah is a member of the Legal & General Capital (LGC) leadership team, with responsibility for leading LGC’s investments in alternative asset managers and managing the GP stake investing program.

Chris heads up the Corporate Finance function, in his capacity as part of the senior leadership group at LGC. Through his role, Chris leads major strategic M&A projects, and the curation and optimization of our alternative investment portfolio.
