What does having a gender-lens mean?

We are a women led firm, we have over 60% women in the firm. We invest in sustainable infrastructure sectors that benefit all, specifically including sectors that improve the lives of women, like healthcare, water & sanitation.
Not because we only care about women. Because there is a clear funding gap and because it improves economic outcomes for all, within the regions we invest. It makes good financial sense.
We believe representation matters, at all levels of decision making. From our firm board and exco through to engaging with the communities in which we're investing.
This is what having a gender lens means to us.
